as a Private Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1956. The
main objective of the company is to carry out e-business and portal
development of two related portals, namely www.IndGarments.com and
www.seasonsindia.com.
The main goal of developing the Business to Business www.IndGarments.com Portal is to revolutionize an incredibly inefficient Rupees 25,000 Crores Indian Ethnic Garment industry, wherein the trade today is bloated with middlemen who inflate prices and delay service to the retailers, who in turn have to travel the length and breath of the country just to source their required merchandise. The Portal will be the country's first business to business garments portal and has the tremendous potential to be a dominant force in enabling the Indian Ethnic Garment manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, exporters and traders to integrate the use of the Internet into their business processes and benefit from the resulting efficiencies and cost savings. The Promoters have a well-established supply chain and infrastructure in place and with the intelligent use of the Internet they will provide a more efficient and lower cost marketing and distribution channel for the Ethnic Indian Garments business. |
